Patricia Campagna was a professional ballet dancer and Pilates teacher for forty years before the poetry came. Her poems have been included in two anthologies. In addition to Dancing Bella Finds Her Home, Patricia has written four books of poetry. She is the President of Livingston Books, Inc. and she lives with her husband Larry and their rescue dog Bella in Houston.

Cissie Watson, Illustrator

Cissie Watson is a lifelong artist who uses oil, pastel, acrylic and watercolor in the art she creates in her South Texas studio. Also a performing artist, she is a dancer who owned and operated a dance studio for 26 years. Cissie is a member and former president of the Willacy County Art League; in 2013, she was selected Woman of the Year by the Raymondville Chamber of Commerce and in 2014, she was inducted into the Rio Grande Valley Walk of Fame. She has sold paintings all over the United States and is currently painting a series of Goddess paintings for a one-woman show. She holds a degree in Art Education from Texas Woman’s University. She lives in Raymondville with her husband of 57 years and has four daughters and six grandchildren.
